The rights management of directories and files within Windows NT, 2000, XP and Vista, 7, 8 and up is sophisticated and very detailed, but also some kind of complicated. The change of rights is only possible in very special situations.

Unfortunately still many programs need changes in the rights of directories and files if you want to run them under restriced user rights. Therefore this program was developed to support users with this not easy task.

The simple user interface, developed in a design for all style, supports users to change rights and attributes of directories and files with only some mouse clicks or key strokes.
